Position: Data Analyst

Remuneración: +3.4M

Horario: Lunes a Viernes con disponibilidad de 8:00 am a 5:00 pm - 9:00 am a 6:00 pm

Job Description: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our HR Internal team. The Data Analyst will be crucial in organizing, managing, and optimizing the company's data assets to support informed decision-making and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for transforming raw data into valuable insights.

Responsibilities:

- Clean and preprocess raw data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and inaccuracies.

- Validate data integrity through rigorous quality checks and validation processes.

- Design and maintain efficient database structures for storing structured and unstructured data.

- Organize data logically and coherently, facilitating easy retrieval and analysis.

- Perform data transformations, including aggregation and normalization, to prepare data for analysis.

- Generate regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights.

- Create visual representations that aid in understanding trends, patterns, and key metrics.
