Location: Onsite in Barranquilla, Medellín, or Cali, Colombia
Hybrid after 3 months: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
English: 9.0–10.0 required

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Submission Analyst to support Sales Managers and Broker Partners throughout the underwriting, proposal, and contracting process. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in Excel, and is committed to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
You will be responsible for ensuring clean and complete data submissions, preparing proposal materials, managing documentation through the final approval process, and coordinating signed contracts.
Key Responsibilities Data Management & Documentation- Review, clean, and validate census data, reconciling it with benefits invoices.
- Collect all required documentation from Broker Partners and submit complete packages to Underwriting and Finance.
- Enter finalized census, pricing, and prospect data into Salesforce and internal systems.
- Maintain version control, formatting standards, and submission tracking.
- Prepare and update proposal workbooks with accurate healthcare pricing and benefit details.
- Enter Workers' Compensation codes and salary data into Salesforce for pricing.
- Support Sales Managers with data organization and validation.
- Assist in creating and delivering high-quality proposal materials.
- Prepare final contracts for client signatures via DocuSign.
- Ensure all client-facing documents contain accurate data.
- Draft welcome letters and assemble onboarding packages.
- Distribute signed agreements and key documents to internal teams.
- 99% clean submission rate for underwriting
- 24–48 hour turnaround for health pricing submissions
- 100% error-free DocuSign submissions
- Strong communication and collaboration with Sales Managers
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in administration or related fields and excel advance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, validation, formatting)
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits invoices, and underwriting is a major plus
- Previous experience in sales support, operations, or benefits/insurance administration (PEO or insurance industry preferred)
- Quick math skills are a plus
