Buscamos un Detection Engineer encargado de crear, diseñar y optimizar reglas de detección en herramientas como SIEM, EDR y XDR.
Este rol no es de monitorización, sino de ingeniería de alertas, orientado a detectar comportamientos adversariales reales basados en TTPs, telemetría y análisis de amenazas.

Trabajarás con equipos ofensivos y defensivos para transformar hallazgos reales de Red/Purple Team en detecciones efectivas para nuestros clientes.

Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mejorar reglas de detección en plataformas SIEM, EDR y XDR.

  • Analizar resultados de simulaciones de ataques para identificar brechas en los controles de seguridad.

  • Elaborar estrategias de detección y mitigación basadas en TTPs y comportamientos adversariales.

  • Automatizar procesos mediante scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell) y herramientas internas.

  • Colaborar con Red Team y Blue Team para convertir hallazgos ofensivos en detecciones accionables.

  • Fortalecer la cobertura de detección mediante el marco MITRE ATT&CK.

  • Posible interacción con clientes para explicar hallazgos y aportar valor técnico.

Requirements

  • Grado en Ingeniería o campo relacionado en Ciberseguridad, o experiencia profesional equivalente demostrable.

  • 2 años de experiencia en una o más de las siguientes funciones:

    • Ingeniero de Detección.

    • Analista SOC con experiencia en creación y/o optimización de alertas en plataformas SIEM y/o EDR.

  • Ubicación: Remoto LATAM

  • Horario: Lunes a viernes, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (hora España)

  • Idiomas: Español e Inglés C1
