Responsabilidades principales
Gestionar cuentas clave de restaurantes en la región Costa (Barranquilla, Montería y Valledupar).
Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para impulsar crecimiento, rentabilidad y expansión.
Monitorear y analizar indicadores de desempeño (órdenes, ventas, conversión, tiempos operativos).
Desarrollar campañas promocionales y coinversiones para aumentar volumen y penetración de usuarios.
Detectar oportunidades de apertura de nuevas zonas, tiendas y categorías relevantes.
Preparar reportes de seguimiento y presentar resultados al equipo regional.
Coordinar con los equipos de Operaciones, Marketing, Category Management y Supply para ejecutar planes conjuntos.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en roles comerciales o gestión de cuentas (idealmente en e-commerce o plataformas de delivery).
  • Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y herramientas analíticas (Power BI, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Fuertes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y relación con clientes.
  • Interés genuino por el crecimiento del negocio de restaurantes y el ecosistema digital.
  • Residencia en Barranquilla, Montería o Valledupar.
  • Inglés intermedio.
