Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a functional SAP FICO consultant , focused on financial processes (not technical).
• Strong understanding of financial operations: loans, banking, and financial management across industries.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
• A mindset geared toward continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• 10 years of experience in functional solution design for SAP projects and pre-sales activities
• Familiarity with functional integration between SAP FICO and other modules.
• Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent credentials.
• Knowledge of trends in financial processes and digital transformation.
  Additional language skills for global client engagement.
