Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a functional SAP FICO consultant, focused on financial processes (not technical).
- Strong understanding of financial operations: loans, banking, and financial management across industries.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP functional solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
- A mindset geared toward continuous learning and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 10 years of experience in functional solution design for SAP projects and pre‑sales activities
- Familiarity with functional integration between SAP FICO and other modules.
- Relevant SAP certifications or equivalent credentials.
- Knowledge of trends in financial processes and digital transformation.
- Additional language skills for global client engagement.
