About the Role

We are looking for a
bilingual Content & Copywriter (English + Spanish)
who is excited to grow a career in
Product, Digital Marketing, and Product Development
. You will create original content across multiple platforms using your writing expertise, while also leveraging AI tools as support for SEO and LLM optimizations and best practices in conversion copywriting.

You will produce long-form and short-form content for industries including
technology, finance, cybersecurity, human resources, and healthcare
, supporting the launch and growth of digital products and digital demand-generation campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who loves writing, is curious about digital products and marketing funnels, and uses AI to work smarter, not just faster. We do research on all our content and want to ensure it is original and meaningful to our readers, clients, and brands.

Responsibilities

  • Research, write, edit, and publish high-quality content
    in English and Spanish
    .
  • Create briefs based on research, write content in short and long form, as well as social media copy and recommendations for digital products.
  • Write conversion-focused copy for landing pages, email automation, funnels, and social ads.
  • Use new
    SEO-LLM best practices
    , including keyword research, content structure, and on-page optimization.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to support launches and campaigns.
  • Repurpose content across formats (blog → email → social → video script).
  • Track performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and continuously improve.

Requirements

-Bilingual:
professional writing proficiency in both English and Spanish

-2+ years of experience
in content writing, copywriting, or content marketing

-Experience writing for at least
two of these industries:
technology, finance, cybersecurity, HR, or healthcare

-Hands-on experience with AI content creation applications
(ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, etc.)

-Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization

-Strong problem solver who can self-manage and figure things out with minimal handholding

-Experience writing conversion copy (CTAs, landing pages, funnels)

-Interest in developing a career in
Product, Digital Marketing, and Product Development

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Figma, Google Analytics, or other marketing tools
  • Experience creating content calendars or working with marketing automation

Hours & Compensation

  • 30 hours per week
