*What would you do?*
- Understand User Needs: Deeply analyze user problems and needs by observing their behavior, visiting stores, conducting interviews, and shadowing real operational processes.
- Strategic Product Roadmapping: Prioritize features and develop a product roadmap by consolidating insights from all company departments, ensuring continuous review and clear communication.
- Impactful Product Development: Create products that generate value for our users and align with core business objectives. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and meticulously measure results.
- Collaborative Product Lifecycle Management: Work closely with cross-functional engineering and design teams throughout the entire product lifecycle (definition, planning, execution, launch) to consistently deliver value.
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with and manage stakeholders across the entire company, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Data, and Business Intelligence.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data, generate actionable insights, present findings compellingly, and effectively champion ideas to secure project buy-in and ensure success.
Your experience has been shaped by
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Analyst, or Product Manager with user-facing products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical and business stakeholders, with a track record of achieving effective communication and alignment across teams.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and expertise in Jira for task tracking, management, and prioritization.
- Proficiency in BI tools and analytics (e.g., Metabase, Power BI, Looker) with SQL skills for data visualization and generating insights.
- A background in engineering, business administration, economics, or a similar field
- Proficiency in English (C1) - Must
