Misión del cargo

Analizar, cotizar y optimizar tarifas de transporte internacional, garantizando agilidad, precisión y rentabilidad. Apoyar a los equipos comerciales en la construcción de propuestas de valor y contribuir a la inteligencia de mercado con herramientas digitales y procesos automatizados.

Responsabilidades


• Gestionar solicitudes de cotización (RFQ) y spot quotes en aire, mar y multimodal.


• Analizar costos, márgenes y condiciones para proponer tarifas competitivas.


• Usar plataformas digitales (CRM, Excel avanzado, BI Tools).


• Colaborar con agentes, proveedores y áreas comerciales para construir soluciones.


• Participar en la automatización de procesos y mantenimiento de bases de datos.


• Garantizar precisión, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de tiempos de respuesta (SLA).

Requisitos


• 1–3 años de experiencia en freight forwarding, pricing o procurement.


• Conocimientos de transporte marítimo y aéreo (import/export).


• Dominio de Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, Power Query).


• inglés intermedio o superior (mínimo B1+).


• Deseable manejo de Power BI o herramientas similares.


• Actitud proactiva, enfoque en detalle y gusto por los datos.
