The Logistics Specialist provides operational support for the organization's clients across different stages of the logistics chain. This role involves back-office activities and logistics-related calls to monitor, coordinate, and ensure the smooth movement of goods via air, maritime, and land transportation. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to meet client expectations and operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Report on the status of shipments and communicate any updates or incidents that arise during the movement of goods
  • Monitor logistics processes and provide timely follow-up through back-office support and logistics-related calls
  • Obtain, review, and manage the necessary documentation to complete assigned logistics activities across air, maritime, and land operations
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements, internal procedures, and operational timelines
  • Meet performance goals and expectations established by the client and/or immediate supervisor
  • Follow company policies, regulations, and guidelines related to quality, health, safety, and operational standards
  • Support additional logistics-related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • B2
    english level
  • 6+ months of experience supporting Logistics processes
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Active listening abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work from one of our offices in
    Cartagena, Barranquilla, Bogotá, Medellín or Bucaramanga.
