We're seeking a new Inside Sales Manager or Supervisor to join our sales team.Position OverviewOur Sales Agents focus on retention and cross-selling efforts by interacting with existing customers to retain their services, as-well-as contact new customers and provide clean energy solutions. Tasks include making outbound sales calls to existing and new customers, responding to customer emails and text messages, tracking retention results, cross-selling to existing customers and taking accountability for all assigned leads.ResponsibilitiesCall all daily assigned customer leads and properly disposition each lead in our dialer systemEnsure each customer receives up to 6 phone calls during a 1-week cycleBecome familiar with sales scripts and procedures to retain customersBecome an expert in communicating the value of being our customerTake clear notes during each customer interactionProvide detailed instructions to customers to ensure their retention process is completedAlways attempt to cross-sell additional supply services (electricity or natural gas)Review and track sales retention reports, and if required, reconnect with customers to ensure each retention is fully processedJoin sales meetings with the leadership team to provide feedback and opportunities to improveEscalate questions and concerns when neededEngage with teammates over Slack in a timely, clear, and consistent mannerAbout YouYou speak English fluently and are able to hold conversations with native English speakers.You are a good listener and able to empathize with customers.You have previous experience in telemarketing (sales) and/or customer service.You can take detailed notes based on customer interactions.You are comfortable using a dialer system to engage customers and disposition interactions.You are a team player who is unafraid of asking for help or helping others.You can think outside the box and are adept at problem-solving.You're extremely patient and reliable.You're very comfortable learning new software and following detailed processes.You're confident using Google Workspace and Slack and can adapt to new software quickly.How Success is MeasuredSurpassing monthly retention targets (>2 per day)Calling all daily and weekly leads assigned to youOverall positive customer interactions and excellent sales skillsAbility to receive and apply feedbackReliable, hard-working, and a focus on accuracyWillingness to take on new challengesProactive communication with teammatesPositive and consistent demeanor with teammatesRequirementsMust have one (1) or more years of experience in telemarketing or call center-related sales rolesMust be able to follow specific and detailed instructions and processesMust be able to sit at a computer Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CTMust have excellent English verbal and written communication skillsMust be comfortable learning new software, online tools, and processesMust be patient, empathetic, and understanding even in the most challenging circumstancesMust be able to commute to our office, located in the El Poblado area of Medellín.BenefitsContract Type: Permanent (indefinite-term contract)Weekly English classes (2 hours) to boost your professional skillsProfessional growth opportunities in a fast-growing, impact-driven companyCompany-paid parkingDiscount with Action Black gymSnacks and beverages provided by the company*Resumes and responses must be submitted in English.
