With new studio openings across North America, we're building a high-performance team of Photo Retouchers who thrive on precision, speed, and creativity. If you love enhancing images, mastering light, and elevating every photo… this role is calling your name.

Key Responsibilities

Batch edit large volumes of guest photos with accuracy and consistency

Cleanly and efficiently remove backgrounds

Apply color correction and lighting enhancements

Retouch skin while preserving natural texture

Meet daily and weekly production targets

Identify and resolve image quality issues proactively

Manage time effectively in a fast-paced production environment

Perform final QA checks to ensure flawless quality (client + CP360 standards)

Requirements & Qualifications

Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Raw

Proven experience with batch editing workflows

Strong skin retouching skills

Familiarity with actions, presets, and batch automation

Solid understanding of lighting, shadows, and photography principles

Strong eye for composition, detail, and visual balance

Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Portfolio required — please include relevant retouching samples
