What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a Full-Time Photo Editor, who has experience in a similar position and an interest in working in the web-based adult entertainment industry. The candidate will be responsible for making changes and enhancements to a variety of images, cleaning up images, adjusting skin textures, and changing color tones and other modifications to create specific looks. Learn more about us here (link to Responsibilities: Retouch, color correct, and enhance images for use across web, and social media platforms Remove imperfections, adjust lighting, and optimize image while preserving a natural look Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards Prepare and export final images in required formats for production Organize and manage image files to ensure accessibility, format and proper distribution Meet tight deadlines when required Ideal Candidate Will: Proven experience as a photo retoucher or similar role with emphasis on skin tones Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot even minor image imperfections Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectivelyProficient in AI tools to manipulate, create and enhance images Requirements: 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience Proficiency in high-resolution digital retouching Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere, Lightroom, and other trending creative tools Experience in both SFW and NSFW image retouching Knowledge of current photography and editing trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
