Our client is hiring their
first Product Manager
, one of the most critical roles in the company this year. You will take full ownership of the product, currently handled by the CEO, and drive product strategy, execution, and outcomes from day one.

This is a hands-on, high-intensity role in a fast-growing startup transforming energy management through solar, batteries, EVs, and home energy solutions. You will thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and operate with founder-level speed and intensity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product end-to-end: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery.
  • Translate high-level company goals and customer problems into clear, actionable product direction.
  • Run fast, iterative product cycles: ship, learn, and iterate to improve outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, AI specialists, and leadership to execute on product goals.
  • Scale product velocity as the platform evolves toward complex enterprise use cases.
  • Establish strong product thinking, processes, and execution standards as the company grows.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in startup Product Manager roles, where you acted as the primary PM, fully responsible for the product, not just one of several layers.
  • Proven track record of shipping, learning, and iterating in a high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable owning the product end-to-end and making decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience operating with founder-level intensity and speed.
  • Strong technical collaboration skills; able to work closely with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Background in B2B or B2B2C software products preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in companies that scaled from small teams to 50–100 people.
  • Experience in energy, solar, or hardware-adjacent domains.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products or technical platforms.
  • Prior experience establishing product processes in early-stage startups.
