Banking Specialist – Fraud & Security – English B2+ – Bogotá – On Site

We're looking for a Banking Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you'll support customers by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios. You'll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience in every interaction.
