Identificar y diseñar procesos comerciales para la automatización. Configurar, probar y monitorear flujos de trabajo automatizados para garantizar que los procesos comerciales funcionen con una eficiencia óptima sin riesgo de error. Soluciones de soporte que abordan una variedad de necesidades comerciales, incluidos portales, flujo de trabajo, formularios, sitios de colaboración, administración de documentos.
FUNCIONES:
• Identificación y diseño de procesos de negocio para la automatización.
• Configurar, probar y monitorear flujos de trabajo automatizados para garantizar que los procesos de negocio funcionan con una eficiencia óptima sin riesgo de error
• Monitorear y mantener la automatización posterior a la implementación y resolver cualquier problema potencial para garantizar la operación fluida.
• Producir documentación de procesos para describir los errores y los éxitos y perfeccionar los procesos en el futuro.
• Garantizar la automatización de la calidad mediante procesos de aseguramiento de la calidad (QA) y prevenir posibles errores.
• Diseño y desarrollo de aplicaciones y soluciones de Office 365 (Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online).
• Analizar los requisitos comerciales colaborando con las partes interesadas y la administración de TI, estudiando el flujo de sistemas, el uso de datos y los procesos de trabajo.
• Realizar el diseño de software utilizando los fundamentos y procesos de desarrollo de software, depurar, probar e implementar soluciones de software.
• Automatizar tareas de diferentes departamentos utilizando soluciones RPA o API.
• Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener componentes clave del paquete de software utilizando las API de Office 365.
• Implementar soluciones personalizadas que aprovechen varios servicios de Office 365.
• Documentar y demostrar soluciones mediante el desarrollo de documentación, diagramas de flujo, diseños, diagramas, etc.
• Brindar asesoría técnica a los miembros del equipo y otros departamentos sobre las mejores prácticas para el desarrollo de SharePoint Online / Power Platform y O365 en general.
• Asumir responsabilidades adicionales según se le asignen / requieran.
