ROLE
MedAesthetics Miami is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant / Front Desk team member to support our growing med spa. This role is the first point of contact for potential and existing clients and plays a critical role in converting leads into booked appointments.
This is a sales-support role with a strong customer service component. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable following up with leads, discussing services, and helping clients book treatments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales & Lead Follow-Up
- Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
- Follow up with new and existing leads to convert inquiries into appointments
- Educate clients on services, promotions, and treatment options
- Support package and membership sales through ethical, patient-focused conversations
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules
- Ensure provider schedules are fully utilized
- Coordinate with clinical team to support smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate client records and notes
- Deliver a warm, professional, and responsive client experience
- Answer questions confidently and clearly in both English and Spanish
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Support retention through consistent communication and follow-up
- Maintain organized digital records and systems
- Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with management and clinical staff
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in sales, front desk, customer service, or call center roles preferred
- Experience in a med spa, medical office, or wellness setting is a plus
- Confident communicator, especially on the phone
- Sales-minded with strong follow-through
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with booking systems, CRMs, and digital tools
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Able to work independently (especially in a remote environment)
- Reliable internet connection REQUIRED
