ROLE

MedAesthetics Miami is seeking a full-time Sales Assistant / Front Desk team member to support our growing med spa. This role is the first point of contact for potential and existing clients and plays a critical role in converting leads into booked appointments.

This is a sales-support role with a strong customer service component. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable following up with leads, discussing services, and helping clients book treatments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales & Lead Follow-Up
  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and CRM
  • Follow up with new and existing leads to convert inquiries into appointments
  • Educate clients on services, promotions, and treatment options
  • Support package and membership sales through ethical, patient-focused conversations
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules
  • Ensure provider schedules are fully utilized
  • Coordinate with clinical team to support smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate client records and notes
  • Deliver a warm, professional, and responsive client experience
  • Answer questions confidently and clearly in both English and Spanish
  • Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Support retention through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Maintain organized digital records and systems
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with management and clinical staff

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales, front desk, customer service, or call center roles preferred
  • Experience in a med spa, medical office, or wellness setting is a plus
  • Confident communicator, especially on the phone
  • Sales-minded with strong follow-through
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working with booking systems, CRMs, and digital tools
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
  • Able to work independently (especially in a remote environment)
  • Reliable internet connection REQUIRED
  • Professional, quiet work environment
