We are looking for a highly experienced 
Senior HR Generalist with 3–5 years of proven expertise in outsourcing, BPO, or similar environments
, to join our team in Bogota. The ideal candidate will be the core of our team, managing a wide range of operational and administrative tasks with a strong focus on basic payroll management, hiring processes, and general administrative support. This position requires fluent and professional English communication to interact with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-functional support to various departments (e.g., Logistics, Sales, Basic Technical Support) while maintaining high service standards.
  • Assist with payroll processes, including collecting and verifying data (e.g., handling updates, overtime, permissions, and validating input).
  • Manage confidential documentation such as contracts and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in roles such as Generalist, Senior Agent, or Administrative Support within outsourcing or BPO environments.
  • Professional English proficiency (B2–C1 level).
  • Practical experience in payroll processes (handling updates and reports).
  • Advanced proficiency in office tools (MS Office/Google Suite).
  • Strong problem-solving skills under pressure, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail (critical for payroll), and exceptional customer service.
