Analista QA Manual

Buscamos un Analista QA Manual con experiencia en proyectos sobre la plataforma Salesforce. Esta persona será responsable de validar funcionalidades, configuraciones y personalizaciones mediante pruebas manuales, asegurando la calidad de las soluciones entregadas.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Diseñar y ejecutar planes de prueba manuales para funcionalidades en Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).Validar configuraciones, reglas de negocio, flujos de trabajo, objetos personalizados y automatizaciones.Realizar pruebas funcionales, de regresión, integración y pruebas de aceptación de usuario (UAT).Documentar hallazgos, registrar defectos y hacer seguimiento hasta su resolución.Colaborar con desarrolladores, administradores de Salesforce y analistas funcionales para entender los requerimientos y asegurar la cobertura de pruebas.Participar en ceremonias ágiles (daily, sprint planning, retros, etc.) cuando aplique.

Requisitos del Perfil:Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como QA Manual, idealmente con al menos 1 año en proyectos sobre Salesforce.Conocimiento funcional de Salesforce: objetos estándar y personalizados, flujos, reglas de validación, etc.Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de pruebas y defectos (Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps, etc.).Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.Certificación Salesforce (Administrador o App Builder) es un plus, pero no obligatoria.

Formación Académica:Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, o carreras afines.
