Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
IT Analyst
with expertise in
procurement, inventory, warehouse management
, and
eProcurement platforms
. This role involves working with leading ERP systems that are mainly based on
SAP ECC solutions
. Company also uses other ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, Measurex or Kiwi where you functional expertise may be required.

You will play a critical role in bridging IT and Operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimization of systems that support purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, and supplier collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot issues across ERP systems.
  • Configure and support existing SAP MM and WM modules to address new business requirements when necessary.
  • Manage integration points between procurement, inventory, warehouse, and finance modules.
  • Optimize procurement workflows, supplier collaboration, and inventory management processes.
  • Support warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, bin management, and stock movements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Participate in system migrations, patches, and testing initiatives.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP MM/WM
  • Exposure to other ERP systems such JD Edwards, Measurex or Kiwi are good assets
  • Familiarity with eProcurement platforms is considered beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools like Power BI is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps for procurement and warehouse management.
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE), Measurex, Kiwi and other ERP systems are assets
  • Candidates haves actively participated to implementation projects will be considered as we expect to standardize our ERP solutions at Kruger
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Certification in SAP MM/WM, Ariba, or JDE modules is an asset.
