AEG Core Values: Excellence & Teamwork Respect & Trust Always Do What’s Right Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead – OTC (Order to Cash) to support and help lead the functional responsibilities of the Order to Cash process. This individual will work closely with Product Owners and Business SMEs to ensure alignment between business needs and SAP system capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP OTC, including IS-Oil integrations, stakeholder collaboration, and business process mapping. This role requires a strong techno-functional professional who can contribute to solution design and coordinate effectively with both onshore and offshore teams. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary SAP OTC (Order to Cash) subject matter expert, owning end-to-end process design and system configuration. Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, training, and go‑live support. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, map business processes, and deliver functional solutions. Facilitate workshops and design sessions with cross‑functional stakeholders to define and optimize future state processes, leveraging industry best practices. Perform SAP system configuration as needed. Coordinate with offshore system integrators, providing functional guidance, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Support Data Migration activities and SAP testing activities including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements. Assist in change management and user training activities. Support go‑live and cutover activities. Provide post‑implementation support and continuous system enhancements. Stay up to date with SAP advancements and recommend relevant upgrades or process enhancements. Requirements: 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP, specifically in the OTC (Order to Cash) domain. Experience with Full Lifecycle SAP Hanna implementations. Proven ability to configure and optimize SAP OTC modules (MM, SRM, and related components). Deep understanding and experience with SAP IS‑Oil functionalities. Strong background in SAP configuration and functional design. Strong business process knowledge and ability to translate to system requirementsli> Demonstrated experience in writing business process documentation, creating process maps, and supporting Data Migration activities. Experience coordinating with and overseeing functional offshore system integrator teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a detail‑oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Analytical thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
