Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Paralegal
to support our attorneys with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, case file management, and day-to-day coordination across matters. This role is
remote initially
, with a planned transition to
on-site in Bucaramanga
in the coming months as our new fully equipped office opens.

Bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English) is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and summarize findings clearly and accurately
• Prepare, draft, and format legal documents and correspondence
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Organize and maintain case files (digital and physical), ensuring proper version control
• Track deadlines and support attorneys in meeting case milestones
• Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues (Spanish & English)
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to firm processes

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  legal document preparation
• Strong research
  and
  document review
  skills
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication
  (Spanish & English)
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable using legal software/technology (advantage)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, paralegal studies, or related field
