Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) plays a strategic and operational role across the full talent acquisition lifecycle. Acting as the primary liaison between Yuxi Global's Staffing department and internal and external stakeholders, this role designs, executes, and oversees recruiting strategies aligned with business and client needs.

The TABP is involved from pre-sales through onboarding, providing market insights, defining technical profiles, coordinating sourcing activities, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients. This position requires a deep understanding of the IT talent market in LATAM and USA, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct the full recruitment cycle: profile definition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, offer presentation, and onboarding.

  • Participate in pre-sales and scoping meetings with clients to provide staffing insights and market estimations.

  • Conduct intake meetings for new and backfill roles with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies for active and passive candidates.

  • Distribute and organize work plans for Talent Acquisition Specialists.

  • Own and manage the use of recruiting tools and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Maintain deep and current knowledge of the IT market across LATAM and USA.

  • Contribute to candidate experience and employer branding initiatives as needed.

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, strengthening Yuxi's presence across professional networks and digital platforms.

  • Accurately record and monitor work hours for multiple projects, ensuring all consulting activities are documented in the designated time-tracking system (Harvest or any other designated tracking tool by Veritas Automata).

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful content and leverage expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to drive thought leadership and brand visibility.

  • Duties and responsibilities may be expanded or modified to accommodate the organization's evolving needs.

  • Veritas Automata is a remote-first company; however, the applicant should be open to occasional travel for industry events, conferences, coworking opportunities, and client meetings to represent the company, strengthen relationships, and support business objectives.

Education:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

Certifications in IT sourcing, recruiting, or related disciplines are a plus.

 

Knowledge: 

  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles (e.g., software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, PMs, architects).

  • Working experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and social media.

  •  Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter.

  • Proven experience interacting with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.

  • Experience training and mentoring junior recruiters in sourcing, candidate experience, and requisition management.

  • Proven track record managing recruitment strategies autonomously.

  • Experience in handling both strategic and high-volume recruiting needs.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), especially SmartRecruiters.

  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, profiles, and technologies in the LATAM market.

  • Strong knowledge of technical concepts and terminology to effectively screen candidates.

  • Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (minimum B2), both written and spoken.

  • Awareness of sourcing strategies and recruitment analytics.

     

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to other HR functions such as employee engagement, talent development, or retention.

  • Experience with regional recruitment across LATAM and USA..

  • Involvement in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Background working in fast-paced or high-growth technology environments.

 

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in sourcing and pipeline-building using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Experience managing and reporting using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Ability to assess and match IT candidate profiles to client requirements.

  • English proficiency at an advanced level (minimum B2+).
