Job Title: Community Manager & Virtual Events Coordinator

1. Role Purpose

Manage and grow the digital communities of the group while planning and executing virtual marketing events. This role connects social media, content, AV production, and marketing teams to drive consistent brand presence, audience engagement, and measurable results in reach, participation, leads, and sign ups.

The position focuses on
community management, live digital experiences, and content coordination
, ensuring active interaction with users before, during, and after each campaign or virtual event.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Community Management

Manage daily activity across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions.

Respond to users following brand tone and compliance guidelines.

Foster engagement through conversations, polls, stories, lives, and comments.

Escalate leads, technical questions, or sensitive issues to internal teams.

Track community sentiment and feedback.

B. Virtual Events Management

Plan and coordinate virtual events such as:

Webinars

Live trading sessions

Podcasts

Instagram / YouTube Lives

Online workshops and promos

Coordinate speakers, hosts, moderators, and schedules.

Prepare event briefs including:

Objective

Audience

Platform

Format

Timeline

Manage technical setup (Zoom, StreamYard, YouTube Live, Meta Live, Google Meet).

Support live sessions (moderation, chat management, attendance control).

Execute post-event actions:

Highlights

Clips

Community follow-up

Performance review

C. Content & Social Media Coordination

Support execution of the monthly multi-brand social media calendar.

Coordinate with:

AV team (videos, shorts, podcasts).

Designers (thumbnails, posts, stories).

Marketing team (campaign messaging).

Publish and schedule content across platforms.

Adapt content formats for each channel.

Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.

D. Cross-Team Communication

Act as the bridge between:

Marketing

Social Media

AV Production

Designers

Paid Media team

Participate in weekly planning meetings.

Share weekly agendas and upcoming events per brand.

Communicate priorities, deadlines, and updates clearly.

E. Reporting and Tracking

Prepare weekly community and event reports including:

Published content

Events executed

Engagement metrics

Attendance and participation

Track growth metrics:

Followers

Reach

Engagement rate

Leads generated

Maintain task tracking in Jira or similar tools.

Support campaign performance analysis.

3. Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

Education & Experience

Minimum
2 years of experience
as:

Community Manager

Social Media Manager

Digital Marketing Assistant

Virtual Events Coordinator

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields (or equivalent experience).

Languages

Advanced English and Spanish required.

Portuguese or other languages are a plus.

Technical Skills

Social platforms:

Meta (Instagram, Facebook)

TikTok

YouTube

LinkedIn

X (Twitter)

Meta Business Suite.

Content scheduling tools.

Canva for basic creative edits.

Streaming and events tools:

Zoom

StreamYard

Google Meet

YouTube Live

Basic understanding of:

Paid media formats

Social metrics

Engagement KPIs

Jira, Trello, Asana or similar tools.

Google Sheets for reporting.

Core Competencies

Comfortable working with multiple brands simultaneously.

Experience in fintech, trading, or crypto environments is a strong plus.

4. KPIs and Success Metrics

Community growth per brand.

Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, saves).

Event attendance and retention rate.

Live event interaction (chat, reactions, questions).

Content publishing compliance (on-time delivery).

Leads and sign ups generated from social and events.

Quality of reporting and documentation.

5. First 6–12 Month Challenges

Consolidate and structure multi-brand community management.

Build consistent engagement routines.

Establish a recurring virtual events calendar.

Standardize content formats and publishing flows.

Improve attendance and interaction in live events.

Reduce response time and improve community satisfaction.

Strengthen collaboration between social, AV, and paid teams.

6. Compensation

Salary range:
USD 700 – 1,200 per month

(depending on experience, skills, and location)
