What You'll Be Doing
You will be supporting the Director of LATAM to ensure seamless HR operations and strict adherence to Colombian labor laws. Your key tasks will include:
- HR & Compliance Coordination: Collaborate with global teams (Colombia and Philippines) to maintain HR and SST processes aligned with local laws and Filta standards.
- Payroll Data & Benefits Administration: Oversee attendance reporting, payroll deductions, and benefit enrollments (EPS, ARL, Pension) to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- SST Management: Lead the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) in accordance with Decree 1072 and Resolution 0312, managing audits and safety programs.
- Process Improvement: Support the transition from outsourced to internal HR models and continuously refine workflows for better efficiency.
- Data Privacy: Safeguard sensitive employee information in strict compliance with Colombian Habeas Data regulations
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (SST/HSE), Administration, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
- SST/ SG-SST active license.
- Completion of the mandatory 50-hour (SG-SST) course.
- 1- 3 years of experience in SST management, social security affiliations, and employee administration.
- Strong understanding of the Colombian Labor Code, Decree 1072, and Resolution 0312.
- High attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and strong organizational skills to meet multiple deadlines
- Previous experience supporting social security affiliations, employee administration Attendance and documentation.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1)

- Proficiency in using HRIS systems for record-keeping and attendance reporting.
