**What You’ll Do**:

- Partner with hiring managers to design smart, effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview and evaluate applicants to find the best fit for our teams and culture.
- Represent IQVIA at job fairs and build strong relationships with universities and professional networks.
- Guide managers through best practices in interviewing and selection.
- Stay on top of market trends and work with compensation teams to ensure competitive offers.
- Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and compliance.
- Participate in global projects to innovate and improve recruitment processes.
- Conduct market mapping to identify talent trends and opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

**Your Strengths**:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with digital sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for results.
- Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance.
