¿Qué harás en tu día a día?Atender llamadas y apoyar a los clientes con sus solicitudes. Transferir llamadas cuando sea necesario. Responder consultas generales sobre productos y servicios. Investigar y resolver inquietudes de los clientes con eficiencia. Registrar todas las interacciones en nuestros sistemas de manera precisa. Colaborar en equipo para garantizar un servicio excepcional. Y mucho más
¿Qué buscamos?Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en servicio al cliente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y escucha activa . Trabajo en equipo y disposición para aprender nuevos procesos. Dominio del inglés a nivel fluido.
Horario: Lunes a viernes, tiempo completo (8.5 horas diarias). 7:30 a 4pm
