About the Role

We are seeking a
Program Manager
to lead complex government IT programs. You will oversee multiple concurrent projects, drive delivery results, manage financial KPIs, and partner directly with clients and internal teams to ensure success and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage
    multiple IT/digital programs
    simultaneously.
  • Partner with
    public sector and enterprise clients
    to ensure expectations are clearly understood and met.
  • Drive
    scope, schedule, risk, and quality
    across program delivery.
  • Manage
    financial outcomes
    (P&L ownership, revenue tracking, KPI reporting).
  • Prepare and present
    reports and insights for management
    stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate
    multicultural, cross-functional teams
    (virtually and in person).
  • Communicate assertively and manage pressure in fast-paced environments.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of
    Program / Senior Project Management experience
    in IT/digital environments.
  • Strong
    stakeholder and client management
    skills (including assertiveness and negotiation).
  • Experience with
    public sector clients
    and external client delivery.
  • Proven experience managing
    financial KPIs (P&L, revenue)
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, leadership, and reporting
    skills.
  • Experience leading
    multicultural teams
    .
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2+)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with
    digital products programs
    (e.g., software development, identity/biometrics/Banking ID).
  • Familiarity with
    contracts, bidding/legal docs
    .
  • Certifications:
    PMP, ITIL, COBIT
    .
  • Background with
    government, banking, or telco clients
    .
