Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Program Manager – CORE
to lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives within the
Financial Services
industry. You will oversee complex consulting engagements, manage multidisciplinary teams, build trusted relationships with client executives, and ensure delivery excellence across multiple workstreams. This position requires strong leadership, solid financial services exposure, and the ability to run high-visibility technology programs in hybrid delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology consulting programs in the Financial Services industry.
  • Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, escalations, and senior-level communications.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams including software engineers, business analysts, architects, and QA.
  • Ensure delivery alignment to
    Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies
    , maintaining compliance with governance standards.
  • Monitor program progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; provide transparent reporting to client sponsors and GFT leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, productivity, and client engagement strategies.
  • Oversee financial management: budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and commercial controls.
  • Support account growth opportunities in partnership with Client Partners and Engagement Managers.
  • Coordinate with nearshore/offshore teams to ensure seamless hybrid delivery execution.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience
    in project, delivery, or program management (consulting or professional services preferred).
  • Strong experience working with
    Financial Services
    clients.
  • Proven success leading complex technology projects such as:
  • Cloud transformation
  • Core banking modernization
  • Cards & payments initiatives
  • Digital channels or data analytics programs
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Experience managing
    distributed / hybrid teams
    (onsite + nearshore + offshore).
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics
    , or related field.
  • Certifications a plus:
    MBA, ITIL, PMP, Prince2
    .
  • English level
    B2 or higher
    .
  • Interest in or familiarity with
    AI initiatives
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
    cloud platforms.
  • Prior involvement in
    AI, machine learning, or automation projects
    .
