Supervisor – Homecare Services Account

We are seeking a proactive and organized
Supervisor
to lead a team related with homecare. This role is key to maintaining service consistency, operational efficiency, and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily performance and attendance of coordinators, intake agents, and HR assistants.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve team performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the team and Executel's Operations Manager.
- Facilitate collaboration between operations, recruitment, and client contacts.
- Assist in resolving escalations and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum
1 year of supervisory experience
in administrative, healthcare, or BPO environments. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- High proficiency in English (
C1 level
). - Familiarity with homecare coordination or HR support functions is preferred.
- Ability to manage remote client interactions.
- Currently living in Bogota.
