Job Description

  • Configurar, programar y ejecutar envíos de comunicaciones en diferentes canales (email, notificaciones push, SMS, entre otros)
  • Revisar minuciosamente los contenidos y segmentaciones antes de cada envío, asegurando precisión en la información.
  • Coordinar con áreas internas para validar materiales, plazos y audiencias.
  • Monitorear el desempeño de las comunicaciones, generando reportes y proponiendo mejoras continuas.
  • Gestionar calendarios de envíos y asegurar la correcta priorización de campañas.
  • Detectar y resolver incidentes de forma ágil, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad.
  • Explorar nuevas oportunidades en medios digitales, proponiendo estrategias innovadoras que fortalezcan la presencia de la marca.

The Successful Applicant
El/la Candidato/a Seleccionado Deberá Cumplir Los Siguientes Requisitos

  • Profesionales en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en roles similares de 3 años, preferentemente en gestión de campañas digitales, CRM o ADS.
  • Conocimiento en plataformas de gestión de envíos y automatización de marketing en Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Champaign o otras.
  • Excelentes habilidades de organización, planificación y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad de autogestión y de trabajo en entornos dinámicos.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
