In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, understanding their concerns, and providing clear and effective solutions from our range of services. You'll not only resolve issues but also ensure every interaction is a positive experience, helping customers feel valued and supported. - Engage with every customer using a confident, empathetic, and friendly approach.
- Deliver exceptional support by actively listening, understanding needs, and providing accurate information and solutions.
- Handle customer information with discretion, ensuring accuracy and complete confidentiality throughout every interaction.
- Has a 95% and up English level.
- Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
