  • Engage with every customer using a confident, empathetic, and friendly approach.
  • Deliver exceptional support by actively listening, understanding needs, and providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Handle customer information with discretion, ensuring accuracy and complete confidentiality throughout every interaction.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
  • Has a 95% and up English level.
  • Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
  • Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.

Monday to Friday 8:00 – 5:00

12:00 - 21:00, 10:00 - 19:00, 13:00 - 22:00 (2 days OFF)
