We are looking for a Semi-Senior System Administrator (M365) to join our IT / Sistemas division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise application systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 and other enterprise applications.

- Support the implementation of new features and functionalities within Microsoft 365 to enhance user experience and adoption.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise applications to meet business needs.

- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability of various applications within the enterprise ecosystem.

- Resolve application-related incidents promptly and efficiently.

- Collaborate with Level 1 and Level 2 technical teams, providing guidance and support on more complex issues.

- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.

- Assist in scheduling and executing software updates, patches, and security enhancements.

- Keep abreast of new features and improvements in enterprise systems and identify opportunities for their application to improve business operations.

Qualifications:

- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise application systems.

- Knowledge of identity and access management, security protocols, and best practices.

- Basic scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

- Familiarity with system integration, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

- Understanding of VOIP, Teams Phone, and VOIP solutions within Microsoft 365 is preferred.

- Good documentation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.

- Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule, including availability one weekend per month.

- Customer service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proactive attitude toward learning emerging technologies and process improvements.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to document and share knowledge.

- Ability to assist and mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

- Pride in delivering high-quality work and taking ownership of responsibilities.
