Microsoft Security technologies, including Share and NTFS permissions. DNS/OpenDNS, DHCP, DFS, and Printers in a Windows server environment. Microsoft Domain technologies including GPOs, OUs, LDAP. Microsoft SQL Always-On Availability Group. Hypervisors (VMware vSphere 7.x, 8.x, vCenter) a plus. Micro-segmentation in server environments. MCSE and VCP preferential. Nice to have: SOX Responsibilities Support of the Global Wintel estate. Management of the Windows server environment. Supporting and managing of all physical and virtual Windows Server infrastructure estate, including Windows administration, AD, GPO, File permissions throughout the globe. Adherence to Sarbanes Oxley and Audit requirements and team processes & procedures. Help identify and manage risks within the Windows server platform. Collaborate with other technology support teams to ensure integrated end-to-end availability, reliability, and performance. Create and maintain system documentation for Windows technologies, including installation, configuration, and appropriate troubleshooting steps. Analyse, authorize, and implement system resource requests. Produce and maintain operational documentation, understanding and tools to effectively manage the Windows server platform. Assist in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans.
