Location: Bogota (Hybrid Scheme)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain software features using JavaScript, , XML, and TypeScript.
  • Lead a team of developers, ensuring successful delivery of projects.
  • Balance coding tasks with team management, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with QA, Product, and leadership to align priorities.
  • Oversee code quality, technical design, and system performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption within the team.
  • Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in a lead role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, , XML, and TypeScript.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage distributed teams.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Nice to have: C++, Airline domain experience.

Fluent in English: Interviews will be held in this language.
