JOB SUMMARY

The
Property & Casualty Insurance Director
is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations for a key insurance client. This role acts as the primary operational point of contact, ensuring a strong partnership between internal teams and the client while delivering operational excellence.

The role is heavily focused on
Property & Casualty insurance operations
, ensuring compliance, efficiency, scalability, and high-quality service delivery within a BPO environment. The leader in this position sets the tone for collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across large operational teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main operational liaison between internal teams and the Property & Casualty insurance client, ensuring alignment and strong working relationships.
  • Lead and manage large-scale operations with
    headcounts of approximately 200+ employees
    , including Operations Managers, Team Leads, and support teams.
  • Maintain effective communication with staff and clients through meetings, emails, and calls, ensuring alignment in operational processes and timely conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate and analyze workload in collaboration with QA and Workforce Management (WFM) teams.
  • Review productivity, performance, and quality reports, ensuring service levels and KPIs are met.
  • Oversee operational requests and allocate resources according to client requirements and business needs.
  • Support, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Team Leads, ensuring proper training in internal procedures and client-specific guidelines.
  • Organize and lead monthly operational meetings, ensuring clear action plans and formal follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate payroll management, billing transparency, leave processing, and compliance with internal policies and client agreements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with insurance industry standards and client requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Academic background in any technical, technological, or professional field.
  • Proven experience in leadership roles within BPO or service-based environments
    , such as Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams (
    approximately 200+ headcount
    ).
  • Mandatory experience in Property & Casualty Insurance operations.
  • Solid understanding of operational KPIs, Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, and client-driven service models.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
