What you'll do
You'll support revenue growth across sales + marketing + customer success, with meaningful ownership from day one:
- Manage and respond to inbound leads
- Run sales calls and follow-ups
- Support outbound outreach (email + LinkedIn)
- Help with email marketing and lead generation
- Keep our CRM clean and up to date (tracking leads, notes, follow-ups, pipeline)
- Assist with onboarding/support so customers have a great experience after joining
Who you are (must-haves)
- Fluent English + Spanish
(you'll communicate with US-based clients)
- Strong communicator (writing + calls)
- Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups
- Comfortable learning and using CRMs/tools (HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)
- Resume must be submitted in English
Nice-to-have:
experience in SaaS, sales, digital marketing, outreach, or customer support (not required).
