Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Odoo Developer role based in Bogotá or Quito, with some flexibility for remote work. The Odoo Developer (Manufacturing & eCommerce) will be responsible for customizing and developing Odoo modules, identifying and resolving software issues, and building scalable solutions that align with the company's manufacturing and eCommerce needs. The developer will also optimize and maintain both front-end and back-end systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces and workflows.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience. Preferably in an international manufacturing environment.
  • Strong skills in Python, XML, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Github.
  • Solid understanding of Odoo core modules (MRP, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Ecommerce).
  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  • Knowledge of ISO 22000, or traceability processes (a strong plus).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent English language, spoken and written.
  • Colombia or Ecuador based.
  • Great if you have experience working with Odoo SH version 19
