This is a one-year, full-time consulting engagement with the possibility of extension. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of our web application using these technologies: React, Next.js, Azure, SQL Server, .NET/C#, Sitefinity, and Elasticsearch. Actively participate in coding tasks and ensure high-quality code. Ensure timely delivery and take ownership of associated deliverables. Translate business requirements into detailed design and application specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with related tools/solutions. Oversee all phases of integration deployment and testing. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Required Experience, Skills, and Education: Advanced or fluent spoken English. 5+ years of software development experience. Proven leadership and mentoring skills. Self-motivation and positive work ethic. Extensive experience in the full lifecycle of applications. Experience working in a small team collaborative environment. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in C#. Nice to Have: Studies in Information Systems / Computer Science.
