  • Monitor & Resolve SAP IBP planning alerts; simulate scenarios and coordinate with MPS & Procurement.
  • Manage Inventory Health: Track raw materials, reconcile month-end, and drive corrective actions.
  • Align Mid-Term Plans (4–12 weeks) with Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Validate Orders: Review purchase requisitions, confirm proposals, and ensure timely PO conversion.
  • Set Planning Parameters: Lot sizes, lead times, MOQ, safety stock aligned with global templates.
  • Generate & Publish Plans in SAP IBP; analyze gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Escalate Constraints and collaborate with MPS & Scheduling to protect customer service.
  • Partner with Procurement & Suppliers on constraints and mitigation plans.
  • Maintain Accurate Master Data for raw materials and suppliers.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in materials planning, supply planning, or operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP IBP or similar advanced planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and scenario modeling expertise.
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills across functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Office tools.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with global template adherence.
  • Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading).
  • Spanish language skills desirable.
How Would You Stand Out?
  • APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Experience in Health & Biosciences or related industries.
  • Familiarity with SIOP processes & KPI tracking.
