Where You'll Make a Difference
  • Support fragrance development projects by assisting in compounding and evaluation of formulas.
  • Collaborate with perfumers and fragrance evaluators to prepare samples for customer presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of formulations and raw material usage in internal systems.
  • Assist in organizing and managing fragrance libraries and sample inventories.
  • Participate in sensory evaluations and data collection for fragrance performance tests.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Scent division.
  • Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting.
What Makes You the Right Fit
  • Currently enrolled in ISIPCA or a similar fragrance-related program.
  • Basic knowledge of fragrance ingredients and compounding techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
How Would You Stand Out?
  • Previous internship or hands-on experience in fragrance or cosmetic formulation.
  • Familiarity with fragrance evaluation methods and sensory testing.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in fragrance development.
