As a
Remote Client Specialist
, your role is essential in nurturing and managing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and handling orders with precision and care. This is a long-term commitment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Email Communication
: Manage email communication and exchanges between clients and the company. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Client Engagement
: Conduct one-to-one phone and video calls with clients to discuss their needs and preferences. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Orders Management
: Ensure accurate and timely management of client orders, including tracking and fulfillment.
- Prospecting New Clients
: Identify and reach out to potential new clients through commercial emails. Participate in lead generation and client acquisition activities.
- Email Marketing
: Send newsletters and email blasts to clients and potential clients, promoting the company's services and offerings. Create and send personalized one-on-one emails to nurture client relationships.
- Travel and Client Visits
: Occasional travel to visit clients and suppliers in the US and EU to strengthen client relationships and conduct business discussions.
- Client Satisfaction
: Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
- Low Season Involvement
: During off-peak seasons, the Client Specialist will also assist with other commercial and digital projects, such as client prospecting, social media creation, and support in managing digital strategy initiatives.

- Contractual Arrangement
: Successful candidates will be engaged as freelancers and will invoice Flying Seahorse for their services.
- Salary and Bonus
: Each position offers a
monthly salary of 900 euros
, with the possibility of additional performance-based bonuses.
- Training
: Candidates should be willing to learn about the private luxury aviation industry. All positions will receive training to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry and improve their client communication and digital skills.
- Location
:
REMOTE.
Candidates should be based in any
LATAM
country, but must have
excellent English.
