We are seeking a
bilingual Patient Coordinator
with a strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience in a
medical, clinical, or diagnostics setting
and is comfortable managing patients, providers, and results across English-speaking and Spanish-speaking clients.

You will coordinate patient cases from first contact through lab testing and results delivery, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient communications via WhatsApp, phone, and email (English + Spanish)
  • Schedule doctors, nurses, lab technicians, and couriers
  • Track lab results and ensure reports are delivered
    on time and error-free
  • Maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA-style data handling)
  • Document all patient activity in CRM (GoHighLevel – training provided)
  • Follow up for patient satisfaction, repeat visits, and testimonials
  • Support custom requests (express results, special test panels, etc.)

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in
    English and Spanish
    (spoken and written)
  • Experience working in a
    clinic, lab, IPS/EPS, or medical office
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple cases without losing track
  • Must live in Medellín and be available for
    hybrid schedule
  • Comfortable speaking with foreign patients (U.S. / Europe)

Preferred Background

  • Nursing, microbiology, bacteriology, or life sciences degree (completed or in progress)
  • Experience with lab tests, diagnostics workflows, or medical records
  • Experience at
    Synlab, Colsanitas, SURA, EPS, or private clinic call centers
  • Familiarity with patient protection standards (HIPAA, handling of sensitive data)
  • Experience using CRM software (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
