Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Research Coordinator to support our product design and user research initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection for usability testing and user studies.

You will work closely with UX researchers, designers, and product managers to ensure that research operations run smoothly and that insights are efficiently synthesized to guide design decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, user-focused, and skilled at turning research data into actionable insights that inform better product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage participant recruitment, screening, and scheduling for usability tests and user interviews.
• Coordinate logistics and communications with research participants to ensure smooth study execution.
• Assist in setting up, moderating, and documenting usability testing sessions.
• Collect, organize, and maintain research data, recordings, and participant feedback.
• Support data analysis and help synthesize findings into actionable insights for design and product teams.
• Collaborate with UX researchers and designers to ensure research findings are integrated into design workflows.
• Create summaries, reports, and presentations of user insights and recommendations.
• Maintain participant databases and ensure compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
• Stay current with emerging UX research methods, tools, and best practices.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UX research coordination, user testing, or research operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing recruitment, scheduling, and data collection for usability testing or surveys.
• Familiarity with UX research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Maze, or Lookback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in both English and Spanish, capable of professional communication in both languages.
• Ability to synthesize and communicate research findings clearly to design and product teams.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or global research teams is highly preferred.
