Job Opportunity: Scheduler part time
Location: Medellin, Barranquilla, Bogota, Bucaramanga y Cali
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
English Level: B2+ / C1 (9.0 to 10.0)
About the RoleWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our home care agency. This role is essential for ensuring accurate and timely coordination of caregiver schedules, shift assignments, and service coverage. You will work closely with the operations team to manage daily and weekly schedules, respond to last-minute changes, and maintain accurate records using our scheduling systems.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full coverage for all clients.
- Maintain and update scheduling information in platforms such as WellSky and Viventium.
- Communicate with caregivers to confirm availability, shift assignments, and schedule changes.
- Respond promptly to call-outs, cancellations, and urgent coverage needs.
- Coordinate with the operations team to align scheduling with client care plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal scheduling policies and labor regulations.
- Keep accurate documentation of all scheduling activities and changes.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+ /C1 level required).
- Comfortable using scheduling software and digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Experience in customer service in health, homecare or healthcare scheduling, minimum 6 months.
