Estamos buscando un
Senior AI Engineer
para diseñar, desarrollar, desplegar y mantener soluciones basadas en
GenAI y LLM
. Trabajarás con los equipos de producto, datos e ingeniería para entregar sistemas de IA escalables y confiables, con impacto medible en el negocio, especialmente en el
sector financiero.

Responsabilidades:

· Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones basadas en LLM (RAG, chatbots, resumen de información, automatización)

· Construir y mantener servicios de GenAI y flujos de trabajo basados en agentes

· Implementar soluciones de búsqueda semántica y bases de datos vectoriales

· Desplegar soluciones de GenAI utilizando servicios en la nube y APIs personalizadas

· Aplicar buenas prácticas de LLMOps: trazabilidad, evaluación, monitoreo y mejora continua

· Documentar arquitecturas, decisiones de diseño y métricas de rendimiento

· Aplicar técnicas de fine-tuning cuando sea necesario para casos de uso específicos

Requisitos:

· Dominio avanzado de Python para sistemas en producción

· Experiencia con frameworks de LLM/GenAI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, etc.)

· Experiencia con frameworks de agentes (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen o similares)

· Experiencia con GCP / Vertex AI para el despliegue y escalado de modelos

· Conocimiento de herramientas de LLMOps / MLOps (Langfuse, LangSmith, MLflow, etc.)

· Experiencia con bases de datos vectoriales (Chroma, FAISS, Postgres vectors, Vertex Vector, etc.)

· Desarrollo de APIs y microservicios con FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes o soluciones serverless

· Sólidas prácticas de ingeniería de software (Git, testing, código limpio, documentación
)

Deseable:

· Experiencia con Model Context Protocol (MCP) y FastMCP

· Experiencia en servicios financieros o entornos regulados
