Aoro reshapes how the world interacts with gold. We build and operate Gold OS, a new consumer environment for gold.

Your mission: help change how people perceive gold — accelerating its adoption as a modern foundation for personal finance through strong visual storytelling and AI-driven content.

We're looking for a creative hybrid: part video editor, part motion designer, part AI-native creator. Someone who doesn't just edit videos, but designs visuals through prompts, motion, rhythm, and narrative.

This role is 95% remote, with in-person collaboration in Bogotá once or twice per month.

What You'll Do


• Conceptualize, edit, and produce scroll-stopping videos and motion pieces for social platforms.


• Use AI tools to generate visuals, motion elements, and creative directions from text prompts.


• Translate complex topics (blockchain, gold, finance) into clear, visual, short-form stories.


• Collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams to help define Aoro's visual language.


• Constantly explore and test new AI tools, models, and workflows.

Who You Are


• Proficient in English (B2+ or higher).


• A strong video editor and motion designer with a solid portfolio.


• Comfortable creating visuals with AI video and image tools and refining results through prompt iteration.


• Skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.


• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, composition, and visual storytelling.


• Curious, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote startup.
