Job Summary: Johnson Controls is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist II to join our support team in Bogotá. This role is responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. What will you do? Provide technical and application support via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Understand and analyze the reported issues, ensuring accurate resolutions are provided to customers with complete documentation. Develop skills in analytical thinking and holistic problem-solving to troubleshoot real-time cases. Document all customer interactions and technical issues in the support ticketing system. What we look for: Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a related field. Strong understanding of technical systems and software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
