Salary Range: $3,750– $5.000 USD/month

We are seeking a skilled Software Product Manager with hands-on B2B SaaS product ownership experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in owning one of two core engineering pods for a healthcare compliance SaaS platform serving SMB and mid-market organizations, translating strategy into shipped product in a fast-moving, product-led growth environment. Your work will directly impact how thousands of SMB and mid-market organizations manage healthcare compliance with clarity, speed, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own one of two engineering pods as the dedicated Product Manager, accountable for backlog health, sprint readiness, delivery quality, and roadmap execution.
  • Write clear, actionable Jira epics, stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can execute without ambiguity.
  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and refinement using a lightweight, pragmatic delivery approach.
  • Translate product vision and priorities into fast-moving roadmap plans aligned with SMB customer needs.
  • Shape in-app workflows, guidance, and product experiences that drive self-serve adoption and customer confidence.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Director, Chief Product Officer, Head of UX, and Director of Product Content to review and iterate on feature requirements, prototypes, and PLG concepts.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities proactively, owning outcomes from discovery through delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience owning delivery in a startup or fast-paced product organization.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Jira, including story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
  • Experience building products for SMB customers where simplicity, speed, and clarity are critical.
  • Passion for product-led growth and creating intuitive, self-serve software experiences.
  • Technical fluency with the ability to partner effectively with engineering and understand system constraints.
  • Clear, confident communication skills across both product leadership and delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on compliance, healthcare, or regulated SaaS platforms.
  • Background collaborating closely with UX and product content teams on in-app education and workflows.
