We are Looking a Senior Product Manager responsible for defining and executing end-to-end product strategy for a complex, scalable platform. This role leads product vision, roadmap prioritization, and delivery oversight across multiple product areas, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical capabilities, and user needs. The position requires strong autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in highly complex, data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy, including vision, roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution oversight across multiple product areas.
  • Lead and coordinate product initiatives involving complex, interdependent components and platform capabilities.
  • Define and manage requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive platform evolution and modernization efforts, ensuring stability, scalability, and seamless transitions.
  • Oversee product workstreams related to data architecture, APIs, integrations, analytics, and core platform services.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, performance, and value delivery.
  • Act as the primary product liaison across technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and user-centric product design while balancing technical and business constraints.
  • Ensure product decisions support broader operational, financial, and strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software environments.
  • Proven experience managing complex products with multiple interconnected domains and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical understanding of data architectures, APIs, integrations, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience leading platform modernization or migration initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and track product metrics, KPIs, and OKRs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Experience working with analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting layers.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
  • Background or exposure to AI/ML-based products, document processing, or OCR solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 required).
  • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and ability to perform in fast-paced, evolving environments.
